About: The CiderMaker's Choice label allows our cidermaker, Chuck, to play around with different blends and single varietals. Last year, we released our first orchard blend that was made entirely from a single orchard: Maple Hill Farm in Scottsville, VA. We were fortunate to have access to those apples for a second year and decided that we should ferment those and do a second Maple Hill Farm Blend.
Flavor: This new blend is very wine-like with notes of white grape and lemon.
