Notes from the CiderMaker: Cidermaker’s Choice is a small batch label using experimental blends or rare apple varieties. Our fourth batch is a dry blend of several russeted apple varieties including Ashmead's Kernel, Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Razor Russet and Pomme Gris. Russeted apple varieties are known for their unique cidermaking properties.
